Well. It's been another looooong time. And again, plans fell through. Intentions were not enough.
However (and surprisingly)! Lots of research and writing got done. So many new stories were started – many not even Star Trek! – but so few (read: none) got completed.
Until another attempt at a change of life habits. And this time, it worked. I finally completed a story! Which was my goal, and my motivation for the lifestyle change.
So, again I will make sure that over the coming months I will get all the v1.0 content back up and looking shiny and new, even as over the coming week I will put up my shiny brand new content alongside it.
Here's hoping. And here we go.

| 7th Apr 2013: | Re-development work begins on my website. Inspired by and based on the look of Adrian Jones' Star Trek: The Interim Years / USS Sheffield NCC-1976 website but keeping my own existing website structure, I begin devising my own visual style for "Starbase 23.net v2.0". Initial site colour scheme decided on, based on Adrian's colours. The first of many iterations of Button design is created and implemented based on my own current site structure. Placeholder pages from existing website used to develop site structure. Included JavaScript coding to ensure hyperlinks to a particular page would lead the user to the website's index page, allowing them full site access and functionality, if not the page itself. Menu panels re-created in v2.0 style, dispensing with the flash buttons. New frame structure designed based on my own current site structure but also incorporating header and footer sections as inspired by the look of Joseph Manno's Star Trek: Liberty website.
